Tess Ritchie is a skilled travel and event coordinator focused on creating memorable and unparalleled experiences for our clients. Her professional career began when she graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Digital Marketing and Advertising. Currently residing in Lynchburg, Virginia, she serves as Logistics Coordinator at Battlefield Leadership, where she plays a key role in executing our field, virtual, and classroom programs. Tess works with our logistics department to ensure our clients have a positive leadership experience from start to finish.

Paulina Sanders

With a multifaceted background in corporate relations and tourism, Paulina Sanders is uniquely qualified to ensure Battlefield Leadership clients make the most of our European programs. As our European logistics coordinator, she handles planning and manages every detail from booking venues and accommodations to arranging overall travel itineraries and transportation, as well as organizing any material you’ll need. 

Paulina holds a Master of Science in Cultural Management from the Burgundy School of Business (France) and a University Diploma in Wine Tourism from the University of Reims (France). Working in a variety of professional capacities, she has served as a customer advisor at the academic publishing firm Elsevier-Reed in Oxford (UK), a corporate relations and fundraising coordinator at NEOMA Business School, and as a wine tourism and sales manager with an independent Champagne producer in Reims. 

Paulina acts as the client’s point of contact before, during, and after select programs and is ready to help make your trip the ultimate Battlefield Leadership experience.

Madison Doise

Madison Doise is a seasoned event and travel planner with a talent for fostering growth and connection. Based in Richmond, Virginia, she serves as Battlefield Leadership’s Director of Logistics, managing the logistics department and overseeing all field, virtual, and classroom programs.

She holds bachelor’s degrees in business communications and international business from Liberty University, and her background includes trip planning, fundraising, and varied work in the nonprofit sector.

Madison’s goal is for every participant in our programs to have a seamless and unparalleled experience. She meets this goal by leading her team to execute all logistical tasks before, during, and after each leadership program.

Christina Vasile

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Montclair State University with a degree in Business Administration, Christina served in multiple client service roles. This experience, coupled with an affinity for mathematics, has fueled her passion for helping businesses bridge the gap between numbers and people. At Battlefield Leadership, Christina is responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day accounting, maintaining accounts payable and receivable, and implementing financial systems to streamline procedures. She currently lives in Richmond, VA.

J.J. Puryear

Before joining the Battlefield Leadership team, J.J. spent over 20 years developing branding for a broad range of companies such as the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, BMW, Michelin, Firehouse Subs, Costa Sunglasses, Milliken, Verizon Wireless, Denny’s, and DreamWorks Pictures.

His work has frequently been recognized in prestigious advertising shows such as regional and national AAAwards, W3 Awards, the Art Directors Show, OBIE, and Graphis.

J.J. brings a one-on-one environment to each Battlefield Leadership experience and works with each client to give a tenured and professional approach to building their brand, as well as Battlefield Leadership’s. He does this by integrating packaging, print, promotions, web, video, and traditional advertising to develop each specific client experience.
