The Space Race Experience is much more than a business seminar. Our facilitators draw timeless leadership lessons from history, making them relevant to today’s leaders. We reframe the lessons of the past and work with your team to apply them to your unique situation.

The Space Race Experience delves into the first decades of NASA’s history, examining the monumental efforts and missteps it took for man to walk on the moon, and how the agency shifted focus after that goal was achieved. The program looks at how NASA’s leaders dealt with setbacks and tragedies and inspired their teams to find innovative solutions to brand new problems to achieve the most ambitious goal ever set by an American President. In each case study, we will discuss various leadership themes, such as maintaining strategic vision, leading in crisis, succeeding after a failure, and redefining strategy.
