Megan Garrett
Senior Facilitator
Megan Garrett spent the first 22 years of her career at The Hershey Company, where she held senior leadership roles focused on enterprise learning, knowledge strategy, and learning technology. As Manager of Global Enterprise Learning and Knowledge, she engaged in knowledge-share events at JPL Laboratories. Later serving as Hershey’s Manager of Learning Technology and Design, she led the first company-wide Learning Management System implementation. That initiative earned a Brandon Hall Gold Award for excellence in learning design and resulted in an invitation to present to more than 300 industry peers. Her work was also featured in Donald H. Taylor’s book, Learning Technologies in the Workplace.
Throughout her tenure, Megan worked extensively across Hershey’s global operations, delivering training programs and building strong relationships with geographically dispersed teams—experience that continues to inform her approach to leadership development. She specializes in designing structured, scalable learning frameworks that engage the workforce and identify high-potential leaders. As a senior facilitator for Battlefield Leadership, LLC, she brings deep enterprise experience to help organizations establish strong leadership pipelines and align talent development initiatives with business strategy.
Before her career in business, Megan once spent a summer singing and dancing for performances in Hershey Park. She currently resides in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania.
