Pacific War Leadership Experience

Pacific War Leadership Experience

Fredericksburg, Texas

The Pacific War Leadership Experience takes participants on the American journey in the Pacific War of World War II.  Battlefield Leadership utilizes the arc of the conflict’s vast and complex problems to showcase the critical leadership lessons that led to the defeat of Japan and can develop YOUR leaders. During the program, we reframe the lessons of the Pacific War and work with your team to apply them to your unique situation. This program will evolve your leaders so that they can be ready for tomorrow’s challenges and produce the right results just as America did from 1941-1945 across the largest battlefield of World War II.

Of particular note, the Pacific War Leadership Experience chronicles the leadership of Admiral Nimitz from his early life in the hill country of Texas to the final surrender of Japan on the battleship Missouri.  His steady hand stands as a leadership model that has lessons for your team to embrace and emulate.  Embedded throughout the program are several case studies that not only reflect on Nimitz’s influence, but highlight other lessons for organizations to apply to modern day problems.  This experience also discusses the American effort to rapidly develop and include new technology, systems, and techniques to achieve competitive advantages.
